Your book begins by getting words down in order to figure out what you actually want to say, then finding a writing process that helps you keep saying it. Our embodied approach helps you discover how you write best, build writerly habits that fit your actual life, and get the words out of your head and onto the page without forcing yourself into someone else's idea of what a “real writer” looks like.
And something else starts happening as you write.
You begin to see what you know.
The ideas you couldn't quite explain get clearer. Your lived experience starts connecting to your expertise. Stories reveal patterns. A framework you didn't realize you had begins taking shape. You find language for the thing people have been coming to you for all along.
You're not just writing a book. You're claiming the ideas, stories, expertise, and perspective that only you can put into words.
And once those words exist, they can become so much more than pages.

WORK
Harvest what's already there.
Writing has a funny way of showing you what you already know. As your words take shape, so do your ideas about the work and life you actually want. You begin to notice the stories, frameworks, expertise, experiences, and convictions that have been there all along. You also get clearer about what you value, what you have capacity for, what you want to be paid for, and what you're no longer willing to sacrifice to make your work “successful.”
We aren't interested in helping you turn your book into a content-making machine, six new offers, or constant weekend book fair attendee because somebody on the internet told you that's what authors are supposed to do.
We're interested in helping you discover what wants to grow from what is already here.
